My anxiety wasn’t bad today. My Valium actually worked. I’ve been without Geodon for about 15 hours so I’m starting to begin to need my 20 mil. I’ll take the 80 later. My surgeon said I don’t have any restrictions anymore so I can start using my weighted blankets again. I got a weighted vest too the other week that I hope will help. But today wasn’t bad.
