My t asked yesterday if I was ready to give up the idea of cutting (it's been about 9 months). I said I can't let it go, I need it to be there if I "need" it. I'm glad she hasn't had me sign anything, I couldn't, not yet. But, she has asked for a verbal agreement, which I've broken. Now, I say I can't guarantee anything (which she hates, but is the truth). Don't know when I will not feel like I need it...just in case...
