I don't know. I don't notice this much blinking normally. My theory right now is
1. Blinking due to fear of me / fear in general. Over the last month I have been shoving the collar on him and putting goop in his eyes.
2. Blinking because he is just tired. He doesn't get the sleep he should get when I am home and of course he gets woken up a lot. I do seem him doing it in the morning though when he usually has gotten his most sleep.
I don't tend to see him blinking when he is just walking around it only seems when he looks at me / looks up. Maybe it will go away in 30 days.
Good news.. I got some urine for his test and I had these glucose strips (that they use to test for diabetes) and I soaked the strip and it didn't change color so I am pretty sure he doesn't have diabetes.
