I could only deal with maintaining my calories today. I had a glass of iced coffee and a Mountain Dew which may have been the issue and the reason I was hungry. To eat today I had a serving of Goldfish crackers, a bag of frozen berries, a bag of frozen corn, some instant ramen with the broth dumped out, an RX bar, and a cake pop. Dinner will be a piece of salmon. I have down 1,812 calories.
