I weigh 286 today. I'm eating healthy and doing work around the house. I think it's helping that I quit ordering out. I miss some of my favorite foods, but I would rather lose weight. My breathing is easier. It's much simpler to get in and out of my bed. My shoes fit. So many good things are happening.
