That's my opinion again but I sure don't see how it helps if we just keep pushing the same thing and criticising and nitpicking everything about her. It's nice that we've tried to help though but she has to do that work on herself, we can contribute only like 1% or not even that.

So then what do you think everybody on this thread should do or say? You seem to have an idea of how others should be able to respond to ruby.
