Oh, I should mention, the nosebleeds have stopped. I only had them for maybe the first 2 weeks, maybe 2-1/2 weeks. None in over a week, so I think that cleared up.

As far as weak/tired/dizzy...well...sometimes, yeah. And I know I need to eat regularly - fasting is not good, even for weight loss (shuts down metabolism). I ate really healthy today, but couldn't finish my big bag of veggies & ranch dip, for example. Only ate half my ham sandwich. Still eating, just not very much. Which is wonderful.

I have only had one eating binge in the last 3 weeks. I used to binge about 3-5 times a week, sometimes every day. That, for me, is a HUGE thing. I don't know if it's the Zoloft or the therapy that's helping, or just the reduced stress at work after tax season. But I just no longer have that huge urge to eat crappy food all day long!
