well: they usually happen quite quickly, hense the " raging" part, and they spin around my mind like a vortex, never slowing or stopping, hense the vortex part
so put it together... raging vortex.
question: how would you rate your physical health compared to your mental. about the same?. worse?. better?

At this moment I'm mostly stable, mood-wise. Though my physical health could be a lot worse, it is bothering me more than my mental health right now. Some time back, I injured my right arm and shoulder (or possibly spine). I went to a neurologist who thought I had carpal tunnel. I'm wondering if it is more, though. Also, though it has been less often, I still wake up with a sore back (and right arm) and often wake up with numb or tingling hands, sometimes my right, sometimes left, sometimes both. I don't know what is causing that. It needs to be looked into more. Now that I have health insurance, I will. Other than that, I am due for blood tests. Almost one year ago I was put on blood pressure and cholesterol meds, but never had a follow-up set of blood tests. That needs to be finally done. I think my blood pressure is much improved, but I'm not sure about the others. I may be wrong, but I fear my kidney functioning could be worsened.
What is something in your life that is going well (or quite well)?
