I tend to feel the emotions depending on the movies that I've seen. I watch movies two nights a week (starting around 8:45 PM) on Saturdays & Sundays. If I watch a movie that's upsetting, then it's hard for me to sleep that night and I can even have some dreams about it. I'm very sensitive, so movies that have high emotions or some horror in them get me upset easily. A movie about someone who dies gets me very depressed, especially when it was an ordeal that they went through.

I feel that a good reason I have health anxiety (fearing that my health is going to go even when I feel physically up) is because of a lot of movies and TV shows I have seen. The movies or the shows would feature someone with health issues. One day they have a symptom and then it turns out to be serious. After that, they do well to recover, and then to slip back down again. So many movies and TV shows were like that. The movie "Brian's Song" is a good example of it.
