I’ve started to remember a few things I’d sort of forgotten, after discussing things in therapy and with my mum, but some things, like specific times when I had a real sense of safety are harder to identify for me.

I've had this same experience, for me i've remembered stuff in recent months that i blocked out for over 14 years. There are still things about that time I don't remember, the dissociation is strong for me. I hope it gets easier for you to remember things, but be patient. It takes time and healing.
