I gained 5 pounds since yesterday. It was weird. I fasted for most of the day and I drank a lot of water and I walked for 52 minutes. I thought I might gain just based on what I ate for breakfast. but I thought it would be a pound or less. Not 5.

I wasn’t feeling good today so I didn’t eat much. I went out to lunch but I only ate my fries and half my sandwich. I skipped dinner. For breakfast I had some nuts and I finished my bag of pizza Goldfish.

I organized my food cupboard this morning. I really don’t have that much stuff it’s just because I don’t have my storage rack anymore that I have to cram everything on one side of a shelf in the kitchen pantry. Including my stuff in the freezer I really only have maybe 2 weeks of food.
