IG, I have to agree with wants2 and hope that you will either get a therapist if you don't have one or open up to the one you have now and discuss your feelings of being inadequate. I think it would really help you to feel better about yourself. You need to talk with a professional about your lack of self-esteem issues. Right now I'm dealing with my traumas with my T but after that we will be dealing with my total lack of self-esteem, so please don't think you're the only one with these issues.
