I respect you not wanting to go to HR. Their sole purpose is to protect the company. With that said it may be good to document the situation in case it gets worse and you do need to go to HR. Ex 3/4/2021 At 10:35am. Bob Smith walked by my desk and pulled my hair. This was witnessed by Paul Stevens and Jenny Lee. On 4/5/2021 at 12:05 Pm Bob smith screamed at me in the break room witnessed by…..etc.
