As I shared in the anxiety check in thread I decided to stay home from church today, and not rush off to a noon meeting. I rarely get the apt to myself on a day off and I’m just enjoying the peace. I can cook, color, be quiet . My daughter FaceTime me from church camp so it’s a good thing I didn’t go to church anyways as I would’ve had to step outside for a long time.
