I put the scale in my room so I wouldn’t be tempted to weigh myself today. I also really wanted a mug of hot tea and I didn’t want to worry about water weight gain.
Today I’m not sure what I’ll eat. I had some Oreo iced coffee and a serving of Goldfish crackers around 2AM. I want to try the new shark week slush from Sonic but I plan on just getting a mini one. From what I can calculate since there’s no nutrition info a mini one has about 220 calories.
My mom wants to go out to eat for lunch and I really don’t want to because I’m still controlling myself on this trip. But I know she needs to eat so I’ll have to figure out something. Maybe I’ll just have a bowl of soup or a side salad. Or we can find a Denny’s and I can get the healthy sirloin steak dinner. I’m just plain not hungry though. When I went out to lunch last week I could barely eat half of my sandwich.
