Hi little turtle..... I read this and went YES!! I do the same thing. I'll drive where there is little traffic and just yell and vent and pray. It's a way to let all the stuffed feelings out as I'm sure you know, but this to me is a genius way to get every frustration out. I sometimes punch a pillow. Stuffing feelings in get's us nowhere but letting it out sometimes helps.
THe breathing technique thirty shades mentioned is a wonderful reminder to take a pause and breathe. I'll remember this advice and work, thank you kind people for being here
