Overall my depression and anxiety have been better. I had one really bad day in two months. I'm taking Klonopin now for anxiety. It helps. Showering is still hard so I don't want to leave my house unless I have an appointment. I was supposed to visit my mom today. But I backed out cause I didn't feel well enough to get dressed. I feel bad about that. I have to shower this weekend though. I'm having a medical procedure done on Monday.
