I weighed myself today at 11:30 when I got back and I was 170. So I still don’t really know. I ate a pretty big breakfast and had a good amount to drink. I usually weigh myself at 6AM. So I still could be 168.
Today I had a breakfast sandwich and some kind of frozen drink. I had a package of astronaut ice cream 45 minutes ago. I’ll probably just have ramen for dinner. I’m not sure on calories but I’m probably about maintenance today.
