I got a ham and provolone little john from jimmy johns yesterday (and also a turkey and a vito - they are all about 300+ calories each) for dinner, and i was like, the ham was sooooo good, i want to only eat ham for the rest of my life! Its what my italian ancestors ate! They had pigs, not turkeys!
But by this morning i had regained my senses and had my vegan chili on palmini and it was fine. The thing i am hearing on the obesity surgery shows is to not let yourself get too hungry. Dont go too long of time between meals. I think once i get that certain twinge of hunger, its too late and i will need to overeat to tamp it back down. I am tracking my meals on WW app to try to find that happy medium, it it exists.
