The vet called with the pathology results. The good news is they got all of the tumor. The not good news is that the rate the cells were replicating was higher than they like to see. I was concerned about how fast this tumor grew. It just blew up the last couple of weeks.

At this point all we can do is wait and see what happens. He may never get another tumor (fingers crossed) or he may get another. If he does the vet and I will have to look at options like chemo.

From what I've read chemo does not make dogs as sick as it does people. Still, I want him to have quality of life.

On the plus side his appetite is good. He really, really wants to do zooming around the yard.

I hate having to wait and see what happens. I want definitive answers. But some times that's not the way the world works.
