I spent a lot of this week feeling suicidal. I'm better today then I was at the start of the weekend. I honestly used to believe that I was in love with you, but now that I've had a lot of time away from this whole therapy show I don't feel like it was real.

I do also feel anger at you if I'm being honest. I needed hope from you and not to be told that my situation was "hopeless". That's not what you tell someone who has told you they're struggling and feeling suicidal- I really can't believe I bought and spent so much money on all of this therapy BS for so long.

You were always inconsistent with your boundaries.

Today is also the 4 year anniversary of the death of the lead singer of Linkin Park. His music actually meant a lot to me growing up and I'm sad that he was in so much pain.
