Now I'm feeling worried/paranoid again. I don't want to be dropped and have no help. I mean I know there's always the psych emergency services... Even though I hate being there for days on end with no sleep I feel those thoughts of overdosing calling me. Just to disappear. No nothing "happened" recently. I just feel called toward this. Plus my two teeth that I bit down hard on several days ago hurts and I can't afford another crown. Anyway yeah. Didn't tell pdoc this.

Mental health professional confuse me with their "You're stable now, so forget you have a serious disorder and live a normal life." "Stable" doesn't necessarily mean we can suddenly make a bunch of changes in our lives, because that's can be a perfect way to lose stability...
