I was 166.2 today. I weighed myself half an hour earlier then I normally do. I had a couple packages of ramen last night for dinner. I dumped out the broth in both bowls. It wasn’t a big deal to have 2 packages. my calories for the day still only equaled to 1348. My goal according to Noom is 1400. I like to try to stay around 1200 or 1100.

Today I’ve had a couple servings of Red Hot Goldfish crackers. I got 3 unsweetened blackberry iced teas from Sonic. I plan on having another serving of Goldfish in a bit. Lunch will be Trix oatmeal. For a snack I’ll have a cup of dry Cheerios and a pack of Quest peanut butter cups. And then dinner will be another bowl of Cheerios this time with 1/2 cup of milk. With my 2 gummy melatonin’s I’m at 1230 calories.
