This feature was implemented as people were complaining about members who appear to be in chat, but aren't actually there.... that can be frustrating if you're looking for someone to chat with and think the room has people in it, when in actuality, it doesn't.
I appreciate that you increased the time. So far I have not been bumped out again.

But people are still appearing to be there, and bouncing in and out, and clearly not there.

There is a member who has been bouncing in and out for hours now. The problem can't be solved by automatically kicking someone when the problem is occurring and the person bounces in and out every few seconds. I'm being quite literal on the timing. I have seen this with a number of members, but honestly it's specifically with a few specific members, and I think the problem would be better solved by discussing with those members to see why they, specifically, are bouncing in and out, versus a blanket solution that impact us all, but doesn't actually solve the problem.

I suspect it most often happens when a member logs in with a phone but doesn't close the app on their phone when they leave. They just minimize it. Unlike on laptops or tablets, which lose their internet and time out when they sleep, phones may be keeping an active connection. However, of the new auto log out feature is supposed to kick them, then why isn't it?
