I feel very tired and just want to go to bed, but the book (about anti-procrastination) says that we shall ask the ordinary CBT questions and if we are "clever" we will understand that we have been able to do things when tired before. If so, we can do it again.

I choose to be clever.

Plans for tomorrow :

- Jogging for 1/2 hour.
- Empty the dishwasher.
- Wash dishes that are not fit for the dishwasher.
- Call dentist (one of my teeth broke).
- Make a grocery list.
- Walk to the grocery store for groceries and to deliver empty bottles.
- Home-office.
- For relaxation: Reading.

May you all feel that what you are able to do is OK (either little or much)!
