I was 167.8 today. I was honestly expecting to be like 171. I got really hungry last night. Stupid last day of PMS. I had a package of ramen, some potato chips, and 2 candy bars. But that’s one of the reasons I’m so strict with what I eat. So that when I do deal with PMS hunger the weight gain isn’t that bad.
Today I had a bowl of dry Honey Nut Cheerios for breakfast. For a mid morning snack I had a cheese and salami plate I got from a gas station. Lunch was udon noodles. I had some Red Hot Goldfish for a snack. I’ll have some Quest protein cups for a snack and then dinner will be another bowl of Cheerios. I also had a couple zero sugar Gatorade’s. With my 2 gummy melatonins I’m at 1230 calories for the day.
