169.6. I’m slightly confused but I had a lot of sodium yesterday. I had a cheese and salami plate that had 800mil of sodium, then udon noodles which had about 1600 mil. I also had a couple Gatorade’s which have a lot of sodium and I’m not sure but I think they can cause water retention too. I also weighed myself this morning an hour later then I usually do and I had a 12oz can of soda, a 20oz bottle of soda, and 16oz of water. So I guess it’s just water weight. I had my usual amount of calories yesterday.
Today the only thing I want right now is Valium. Although I did have some Goldfish while I was up this morning. I just have down my usual oatmeal and cereal today.
