This has not been one of my best days. I had to rest for an hour after the jogging. When I went out of bed again, I became sidetracked by something I found on the Internet. I became filled with "depressive thoughts". It took a while before I understood that I had let myself become sidetracked by some unimportant "things". I forgot to call the dentist, and forgot my bottles at home, but I have done the most important (jogging, empty dishwasher, visited the grocery store and doing my work at my office. My work helped me to consentrate and to have my focus right.). I will do no physical training tomorrow.
My plans for tomorrow :
- Shower immediately after breakfast.
- Fill dishwasher and wash what cannot go into the dishwasher.
- Call the dentist.
- Home office
May you all feel that what you are able to do is OK (either little or much)!
