Hi Jane. It's so nice to see you back here. I've always enjoyed your participation and reading about your various journeys.

I'm sorry to read that you've had some extra challenges, lately. And that your Klonopin reduction was stalled. I think you have a healthy view on the situation, though. I had times when I needed to go up on doses of meds I wanted to discontinue. Geodon reductions were a loooooong journey for me, but I eventually got to zero and stayed at zero mg.

Congrats on your weight loss and better eating habits. I hope you don't feel bad struggling with vegan eating. I'd think that a HUGE jump from being an "omnivore". Despite being an enthusiastic cook, I once tried more vegan eating. It was too difficult for me, too. I think many people first transition to the much easier vegetarian diet (with dairy and eggs). Then some vegetarians slowly transition to vegan. You know, to think of it, it's not so very different to difficulties weaning off a medication. Do you think?
