There are new policies in my current job and they are currently making me angry. My other job is making me anxious, too. Since the pandemic started, this will be my first project to attempt to complete. My solution so far is sleep. It's slower to get things finished, but lots of sleep gets me through the day. It's too much that I have to change this habit soon.
