It is always better to know than worry for no reason. I used to hate needles. The anxiety was terrible but then I convinced myself that the anxiety I had worrying about it was so much worse than the actual needle so I trained myself not to worry. I know that isn’t exactly the same thing. I am just trying to say that it is better to know than to live with unnecessary anxiety.
