I started back in person this week, but am concerned it will end up going back to virtual sooner than later. My T has said he expects to at least continue in person next week, and hopefully longer, because our county has really high vaccination numbers (like 80% of eligible) and fairly low transmission. But I know he's concerned about the variant and the new reports about it. And he doesn't want to use masks in session (he confirmed today that he'd prefer Zoom to in-person with masks). So I figure we're on limited time in person. My only hope is that in, say, the UK, numbers spiked but now are going way down. So maybe this will be a temporary thing rather than us being doomed for fall and winter, if we follow a similar trend, at least in my part of the country (higher vaccination rates). But of course that's what I'm worried about, another fall/winter like last year. Both in terms of T and other things.
