I was 168.4 today. Yesterday I had 2 bowls of oatmeal, a bowl of ramen without the broth, a pack of Quest protein peanut butter cups, and then my usual 2 gummy melatonin’s. I also had a sugar free French vanilla iced coffee from McDonald’s in the morning. I had down 1125 calories minus whatever calories the broth in my ramen had. I haven’t gotten off my bed or couch lately but I’m still losing. I strongly believe in calories in calories out. I haven’t been too hungry anyways since switching both 80 Geodons to at night.
So far I’ve had a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. Now that we got the microwave I can go back to eating my usual oatmeal and ramen. On the oatmeal box it says it can only be cooked in the microwave. I’ve tried on the stove and it doesn’t really work. I prefer the microwave for my ramen since you don’t have to pay attention to it when it cooks. I’m also honestly scared of the stove as well.
I’m glad I’m consistently below 170 though.
