How can you know they’re telling you the truth about being fixed, though? I would still want to protect myself, not just take their word for it. You can still potentially get pregnant with an implant, too (and as you said, you’re more at risk of getting STDs etc).
As for whether you keep it or not, do you feel the cons outweigh the benefits?
