Ive been off and on today. Right now I’m a bit off. I think it’s because I was supposed to get my shot yesterday and I’m getting it tonight instead. I got a letter from my insurance company. But it was just saying they approved my therapy sessions with my out of network therapist. I think though my doctor will call me about the surgery instead of me getting a letter from my insurance. But I guess it’s good that 12 therapy sessions are being covered. Not sure how we’ll get more sessions covered. Also I’m switching therapists in September. My mom said we’ll just deal with all that stuff when it happens.

My sleep has been really off these last 2 nights. I’ve been taking my melatonin at 4PM and my Geodons at 5:30. Then I’ve fallen asleep fast but waking up either before midnight like Thursday night or at 3:30 like yesterday.
