HI, I also have suffered from anxiety and what I have found is that when I work out and eat healthy foods that my anxiety is well treated and I am overall happier. I also live by the motto look good, feel good. Now please don't read that thinking you have to be dressed to the 9's this is simply stating, get up and shower, put a nice outfit on and give yourself enough time to get ready in the am without rushing adding additional stress to your day. When attempting to balance school and work my advice is schedule the time ahead of time and stick to the schedule.
