So now that I have found a therapist that I can stand I don’t feel like I need therapy anymore. A lot of my problems were from my old job. Now that I am out of that toxic environment and on a good med combination I feel good. Therapy is kind of feeling like a pain where before it was a life line. I hope I can stay on this combo but in 9 months my discount on my one med jumps up to $200+ and I will have to change. But I will have to worry about that later.
Anyways I am thinking maybe I should see the therapist monthly to stay on her books in case things change.
