I was 166.6 today. Yesterday I had about 1248 calories but it might have been a bit less since I didn’t measure out the salad I had in the morning and I didn’t have a lot of it. This morning I had about 12oz of a 20oz bottle of Pepsi blue. I dumped out the rest since I couldn’t find the top to it and I didn’t want to finish it anyways. I also had a serving of whole grain Goldfish. I’m going to get a few blackberry iced teas from Sonic in a bit. I plan on eating 3 white cheddar rice cakes and a pack of Quest peanut butter protein cups. I got a second Dole salad yesterday. This one is spinach miso crunch. I’ll have half of it for lunch and half of it for dinner. I have down 1100 calories and I plan on taking a pretty decent walk today so I really need to figure out more stuff to eat. Maybe I’ll eat the noodles out of a can of chicken noodle soup. That will put me at 1,250 calories. Minus whatever for the broth.
