I got unusually hungry last night at 11PM and I ate a 2 pack of frozen hamburger sliders. So my calories equaled to 1,592. I weighed myself this morning and I was 167.2. So I freaked out a bit even though that wasn’t even a full pound that I gained. Plus I had a lot of sodium yesterday because I had 2 cans of soup and 5 rice cakes that had 135 mil of sodium each. Then the sliders I think had 600 mil of sodium. So I’m trying to stick to below 1200 today. I did have 2 full size sodas. But I plan on having rice cakes and Goldfish and oatmeal for the rest of the day. So if I stick to that then I’m at 1120 calories.
