Your first post seemed a little more generic, you wrote that exes should be in the past and you weren't in touch with any of your exes - that was why I wrote about my own experience because I certainly appreciate the contact we have with my husband's first wife. I did not understand the full situation regarding this woman. It is very different.

I am reading that you are now happy with the outcome of explaining your fears to your husband however.
