7 months and a week sober….Anxiety has gotten 110% better since. Took this long, but I still get anxiety every once in a while though. The anxiety days went from everyday all day to maybe once every month for only a few minutes.
That’s just my situation which drinking caused 99% of my anxiety. ☹️
For those still struggling…Light daily exercise, walking, getting some quality sleep (which i know how hard that can be with anxiety), are things that helped me. Didn’t happen in a week or even a couple months…It took several months, and it’s still improving…I’m not where I’d like to be but better than where I was.
