I ended up skipping Dennys. Instead I had some zucchini, a tomato and basil rice cake, and a cup of Honey Nut Cheerios for lunch. And for dinner I had more zucchini and a bowl of Quaker Oats maple oatmeal. So I’m at 1,238 calories for the day and I was eating throughout the day instead of just breakfast and dinner.
I’m kind of done with the articles on Noom. I still track my food and my weight. And I talk with my coach once a week. But it’s honestly not worth the money. After my subscription is up in October I’ll just go back to the free My Fitness Pal app. I mean I lost weight on Noom but I also did other things on my own.
