We are in winter in the Southern Hemisphere and I sleep better. Lots of blankets and a mattress topper create a cozier environment. The summer heat here makes it all worse, for sure.

I been under a lot of stress lately and my nurse practitioner thinks the stress is causing me to have sleep problems. I just had an allergy test done to see what might be messing with my allergies.
