I was 166 exactly today. I had 2 cups of special K fruit and yogurt cereal, 5 tomato and basil rice cakes, and a bowl of ramen with the broth dumped out. I’ll have oatmeal for dinner. I’m really involved in my books and my podcast today so I haven’t been thinking much about food. Today I just ate my safe foods and the zero sugar soda I drink. I’m right around 1200 calories today.
