I was 168.2 today. I had a much needed cheat day both Wednesday night and Thursday night. So far today I’ve had a non diet Mountain Dew, 6 apple cinnamon rice cakes, and a bowl of instant udon noodles. I plan on just having the usual oatmeal for dinner. For a snack I’ll maybe have a bagel with some cream cheese Or just cereal. I’m around 1200 calories today.
