I think I’m overall doing well. With everything I have going on in my life and with the delta variant. I think I’m overall ok. Last night was rough. I do feel like I really messed up a big opportunity by not waiting until December to contact my old job. Also I’m worried I pissed off my therapist by sending 3 crisis emails at one time, and there’s nothing I can do about it until a week from next Monday when I see her again.

But I know I’m going through a lot. Everyone is. But I’m just trying to hang on and I feel like I’m doing better then I think I am.

I see my Pdoc on Monday I’m hoping he can help me figure out my thinking and give me some reassurance. Without adjusting my meds.
