I've been working at this call centre for over a year as an interviewer. I'm an excellent interviewer. Recently a position as a Quality Assurance Monitor came up and I applied for it.

I got an interview! My interview is on Weds. I'm really anxious about it. It doesn't pay that much more than I make to start, but it leads to a supervisory position which pays more.

I've been researching job interviews yesterday and today. I'll continue to prepare for it this long weekend.

Anyone have any tips for me?

I asked several supervisors and even the manager for advice. They were very helpful.

Do you think it was a good idea to talk to them about it?
