I was 166.4 today. I had a bowl of Special K chocolate flakes and almond cereal, and a mint Aero bar for breakfast. I also had some of a cherry Vanilla Coke Zero, and 4 mugs of various types of tea and a Sprite Zero from Sonic. For a morning snack I had 3 white cheddar rice cakes, and another Sprite Zero. For lunch I’ll have a bowl of udon rice noodles with my last Sprite Zero. My afternoon snack will be a bowl of frosted Cheerios. And dinner will be oatmeal unless I change my mind and want something else. I haven’t been eating much oatmeal lately. I have down 1195 calories.
