I don't take lamictal, but I get depressed. I hope you will find relief soon. Maybe there are helpful remedies that don't involve drugs? When I have been better I had an exercise routine every day
& I followed the cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) principles. But, as you know, sometimes we feel too overwhelmed & our motivation slips a lot. I'm glad you're here. Please keep posting!
