Good morning! My weekend was OK, but I have to admit that I fell for a temptation yesterday. I usually don't have sweets at home because of my diabetes, but this time I had and I ate too much of them. Feel ashamed , but luckily yesterday is gone and a new week has started. I feel tired, but will do what has to be done this day.

Plan for today:

- Make trash ready to be carried out.
- Fill dishwasher.
- Fill washing machine (have to do that more than once).
- De-clutter tables.
- Storage room.
- Grocery shop.
- Carry out the trash during the day.

May you all feel that what you are able to do is OK (either little or much)!
